Hello, my name is Julie Bolam. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from FGCU, and an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from San Diego Community College. I grew up in Michigan, then lived in California for a few years, before making my way to the Sunshine State in 2011. I live in Punta Gorda with my two sons and our sweet dog Lilly. In my spare time I enjoy going to the movies, spending time at the beach, and just hanging out with my boys. 

This is my second year at Kingsway, and my second year teaching. Prior to that I was a paraprofessional with special needs kids and young adults. I’ve always had a love for the special needs community; I worked as a respite care provider for several years before having two special needs children of my own. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew when I grew up, I wanted to work with kids, so you could say that teaching is my dream job.
