Employee Contracts

  • Employees of ÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â can be broken into two groups: Instructional Staff and Support Staff. Instructional Staff are those employees who work directly to educate our students in a learning environment. All other staff fall under the umbrella of Support Staff. For a detailed outline of positions, please refer to our handbook of ÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â, Port Charlotte, FL Job Descriptions.

    Employee Contracts are also divided up into these two groups. Please select the contract you would like to review.

Statement of Non-Discrimination

    Title IX Compliance

    The School Board does not discriminate on the basis of sex (including sexual orientation or gender identity), in its education programs or activities, and is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, and its implementing regulations, not to discriminate in such a manner. The requirement not to discriminate in its education program or activity extends to admission and employment. The Board is committed to maintaining an education and work environment that is free from discrimination based on sex, including sexual harassment (School Board Policy ).

    Reports of Harassment, whether informal or formal, may be made directly to the School Principal, Assistant Principal or any employee of ÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â. Reports of Harassment may also be directly referred to one of the School ÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â’s Compliance Officers.
