The Baking & Pastry Arts program includes but is not limited to preparation, presentation, and serving of a wide variety of baked and dessert goods. Students earn ServSafe and prepare desserts and pastries for our Papa G’s family restaurant. Students earn advanced placement academic credit for this program.
Registration
High school student admittance is based on current academic course history, grade point average, FSA scores, attendance record and faculty recommendation.
