  • This program trains students to become a Line Cook, Chef or Pastry Chef with articulation in any Community College in Florida of 15 credit hours in Culinary Management. Students work towards ServSafe certification and look forward to preparing and serving lunch and dinner in Papa G’s café or lunch in our Breaktime Café lab.
